Launched in 2012 to develop community-based solutions to some of the problems of underserved members in our neighborhoods & communities.
The vision of our founder, the late Eileen Janice Hardware, was to come up with programs, resources, and services which would enrich, empower, and improve lives in our communities.

The Crossroads approach to youth homelessness and food security is to provide innovative community-based services, programs, and resources.
We believe today’s youth are our future, the seeds for community wellness. We also believe community partnership is a bridge to community wellness.
As one of the founding board members, Margarete’s responsibilities include program planning and development, and implementation of Youth Homelessness services.
