The vision of our founder, the late Eileen Janice Hardware, was to come up with programs, resources, and services which would enrich, empower, and improve lives in our communities.

The Crossroads approach to youth homelessness and food security is to provide innovative community-based services, programs, and resources.
We believe today’s youth are our future, the seeds for community wellness. We also believe community partnership is a bridge to community wellness.
Director of Youth Services:
As one of the founding board members, her responsibilities include program planning and development, and implementation of Youth Homelessness services.
Ms. Luttery has dedicated her career to empowering and supporting the most vulnerable members of our society. Her journey in organizational leadership and community service is characterized by a relentless commitment to excellence and a profound passion for making a substantial impact.
